Everyone knows about fast food. Billions of dollars a year is spent on the stuff. But for some reason, I feel like I'm uniquely qualified to comment on the subject—maybe everyone does.

I eat plenty of Big Macs, meatball subs and Seven-Layer Burritos—I'm a drummer in a rock band. We even almost called our first album 'Fast Food!' But these facts alone would not qualify me. My real credentials stem from the fact that fast food runs in the family.
