VICTIM VS. VICTIM The Many Cults of Lockerbie
by 'John Marr'
In the beginning, there was the bomba mere four ounces of plastic explosives molded inside a Toshiba tape recorder. It was concealed in a suitcase and cunningly spirited aboard a Pan Am 747 in either Frankfurt or Malta on December 21, 1988. The jet took off later that evening from London's Heathrow Airport with 258 people, mostly Americans, on board. Less than an hour after takeoff, Pan Am Flight 103 dissolved in a fireball over Lockerbie, Scotland, and all 258 were killed, along with 11 people on the ground.
